Recent Entries in the sales disclosure application may be downloaded for county use. The data provided here
adhere to 50 IAC 23 data standard specifications for sales disclosures with two additional columns to the far right of
the table for county use: SDF_ID providing the state generated sales ID for the record, and county_ID providing the
state designated two digit county ID. The data provided has not been certified by DLGF, nor verified nor validated by
county assessors. IC 6-1.1-5.5-3(d) restricts release of phone numbers in this file.
Instructions: To retrieve sales disclosure information since July 1, 2008,
please use any or all of the below criteria to narrow your search. If you want to see only sales disclosures that have been deemed correct and complete by the County Assessor,
select the “Valid” Sales Disclosure Records option. When all criteria are set, click the “Search” button to retrieve your results.
